Nació en Cardona, Departamento de Soriano en Uruguay.


Luego de obtener su Doctorado en Derecho y Ciencias Sociales en la Universidad de la República, comienza a compartir el ejercicio de su profesión con la expresión en las artes plásticas, especialmente a través de la pintura.  


En 1990 comienza su  formación artística ingresando a los Cursos de Pintura del  Taller del artista plástico Eduardo Acevedo. Recorre países de América Latina, Estados Unidos y Europa tomando contacto con diversas manifestaciones artísticas. En 2005 realiza Curso sobre Teoría del Color.


En 2006 y 2007 concurre  al Taller del artista plástico Cléver Lara. Asiste a  Curso sobre Rembrandt, Vida, Obras y Técnicas. En 2007 participa en el Taller sobre la obra de Rafael Barradas realizado por los profesores Leonardo Correa y Zully Lara. En el mismo año realiza Curso sobre Historia del Arte.


En 2008 asiste al curso “El acto de Creación” dictado por Anabel Telles en la Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes.


Asiste al Curso de Gestión de Calidad en Proyectos Culturales declarado de interés nacional por los Ministerios de Educación y Cultura, Industria y Energía y Ministerio de Turismo y Deporte, organizado por el Museo Gurvich, el Instituto Nacional de Calidad y Centros MEC. 2009 


Integra la Comisión de Exposiciones de la Asociación de Pintores y Escultores del Uruguay en su sede del Cabildo de Montevideo. 2009


Participa en el grupo de Expresión por el arte de la artista plástica Pilar González desde 2010.

v  Donación para la Escuela de Música No.265 “Virgilio Scarabelli Alberti” de una instalación realizada con partes de guitarras en desuso, construida conjuntamente con María del Carmen Artigas. 2010

Shipments from Argentina, Colombia or Cuba need of a special authorization for the exportation of artworks, so it is important to have this into account when calculating the delivery date.


Bear in mind we are dealing with works of art, so they may be in an exhibition (actually, this is awesome!). Those artworks which are in an exhibition are usually displayed as “non-available”. In case the artwork has been put up for sale, take into account the artist would have to manage with the organization of the exhibition the return of the artwork in order to be able to realize the shipment.
